Train
Amtrak operates daily lines that stop in Lancaster (LNC). From the train station, you'll be a quick Uber or Lyft into downtown Lancaster.
Flying
The closest major airports are Harrisburg International (MDT), Philadelphia International (PHL), and Baltimore/Washington International (BWI).
Upon landing, we suggest renting a car or taking a train to Lancaster, as Amtrak has stops in all three of these cities.
Lodging
Please note for those who are staying at the Marriott, the main lobby entrance at the corner of Queen Street and King Street will be closed due to repairs. FAQs
What should I wear to the wedding?
Cocktail attire. We want you to feel fabulous and comfortable enough to dance the night away. We recommend a suit with or without tie, cocktail dress, pantsuit, or dressy separates.
Will we be outdoors?
The ceremony and reception will take place indoors, with outdoor spaces available for guests to enjoy during cocktail hour and the reception.
When should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive between 4:00-4:15pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm.
Can I bring my children or a plus one?
Your invitation will list all invited guests. An invited plus one will be indicated by "and Guest" following your name. The weekend will generally be adults-only with the only invited children being members of the wedding party. We appreciate your understanding!
Is there parking available at the venue?
The East King Street Garage is located across the street from the wedding venue at 150 East King Street. On-street parking is metered Monday-Saturday.
What should I do in Lancaster?
We recommend visiting the Lancaster Central Market, antique shopping on Gallery Row, and checking out the many great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops downtown. And of course, you also have Amish Country to explore (buggy rides, farm tours, etc.).
About Us
How did you meet?
We met as spry young turtles in the same business fraternity at the University of Maryland. Not only did we learn about the power of brotherhood and a strong resume, but we became close friends. Soon after college, we realized how compatible we were. We made it official in 2018 (a few weeks after the Eagles won the Super Bowl – it was a big month for Michael).
What have you been up to since?
We spent a few fun years living with our friends in D.C. We moved to North Carolina and started law school together. We graduated and came back up north to Philadelphia to start our careers at neighboring law firms. Sprinkled in were trips all over the country and the world, including Thailand, Italy, Portugal, Spain, and Croatia. We've made countless memories doing all our favorite things: cooking, watching movies, endless sushi and pizza take-out, competing on the NY Times games, and sipping on Appy spritzes. And we've done it all in our three different sets of matching shoes.
We can't wait to share this next milestone with you and start the next chapter.
